When you schedule an appointment with us, we allocate specific time and resources exclusively for your treatment. We kindly request that if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you provide us with adequate notice. Without sufficient notice, the time set aside for your appointment cannot be reassigned to another patient. This results in unproductive time for which the practice incurs overheads and staff costs.

For this reason, at the Willows Dental Practice, we have implemented a policy of requesting deposits and applying charges for cancellations or amendments to appointments without sufficient notice.
